Photography exhibition by Czech photographer Ladislav Sitenský to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the End of World War II and the 75th anniversary of the Czechoslovak RAF squadrons.
Ladislav Sitenský captured aviators, mechanics and their machines during the World War II. His black and white photographs have been taken at the Czechoslovak squadrons of the Royal Air Force. Exhibition takes visitors on the tour beginning at pilots boarding to the surrender of France; it takes them aboard the ship to Britain; shows military airports one after another; documents the celebrations at the end of the war in London as well as survivors repatriation.
